2026 Chili Walk Participant Registration

Buchanan Harvest Fest revives a beloved community tradition for a new generation—celebrating local businesses, seasonal fun, family entertainment, live music, the Farmers Market, and the signature Chili Walk held on Saturday, October 3rd.

  • Chili Participants will be lined down Front Street between Oak Street and Days Ave. (same as Sip!) and not in local businesses.

  • Participants will need to bring a pop-up canopy, no larger than 12x12, a table, and chairs (if desired).

  • Participants are responsible for setting up and tearing down their booth.

    • Participants must be set up by 12:30. Set up begins at 11:30.

    • Participants may not tear down until the conclusion of the walk. Any participants that take down early will be excluded from participating the following year.

  • Electrical outlets will be provided.

  • Any business in the Buchanan District (City, Township, and Bertrand Township) may participate.

  • Restaurants from outside the district may also participate, pending space.

Spoon sales at begin at 12:30pm, and the awards presentation will follow

ENTRY FEE OF $25 DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION ($0.91 processing fee is included*)

Registration is not complete until payment is made and form is completed.
