Our Mission

The Buchanan Area Chamber of Commerce provides leadership in promoting the spirit of the community through increased communication and cooperation among businesses, organizations, and individuals in order to enhance the growth, prosperity, and quality of life in the area.

Recent Achievements

  • Hosted the Annual Chili-Walk Cook-Off.

  • Hosted annual Spring Golf Outing.

  • Put on annual community event "Bucktown Christmas.”

  • Hosted Perc Breakfasts, Business After Hours, and Ribbon Cuttings.

  • Highlighted local businesses with our special articles being read over 1,600 times.

  • Launched a new education series.

  • Connected people with jobs, local events, and resources through our newsletters.

  • Shared member information through advertising, social media, and newsletters.

  • Published 2022-2023 issue of Discover Buchanan.

  • Advocated for Buchanan Area Businesses through legislation and planning endeavors.
