Annual Chili-Walk Cook-Off Winners 2023

Wow! Thank you to all the participating locations, chili walk competitors, judges, volunteers, and the chili walk fans! This year’s turnout was outstanding - topping over 500 people!! With 2 dozen different chili recipes, exceptional weather, and our Red Bud Roots “Chill Zone” with DPM Events and Kombi Keg keeping the party atmosphere festive, it’s safe to this was a HUGE success in benefit of Buchanan Tree Friends!!

This is truly a special event, and a special day for the greater Buchanan area, and we can’t get over the amount of fun that was had by all! Seeing our community come together to enjoy the hard work of the competitors while bonding in the open shops of our downtown is a joy to see!

We can only hope that this was a building block for our future Chili Walk events - and we can’t wait to see what you all come up for the next one!
